Privacy notice

This portal holds children's names, marks, fee records and parent contacts. Here is how it is handled.

What is stored

Learner names, admission numbers, classes, marks, fee items and payments, and parent or guardian names. Only what the school needs to run the term is collected.

Who can see it

• Parents and learners see only their own records, and report cards only after the school publishes a term.
• Teachers see the classes and subjects they are assigned.
• The school office (administrator) manages all records for the school.

How it is protected

Passwords are stored hashed, sign-ins use signed sessions that expire, and every page checks that your role allows it. The school — not the software vendor — owns the data, in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
